What the game stores about you, why, and how to remove it. Last updated October 2026.
What we store
- Your game account: a random device ID and a secret that let your phone sign back in, and the commander name you choose. If you move your account to a new phone with a transfer code, the code lasts 15 minutes and works once.
- Your progress: your base, resources, troops, research, trophies, gems, and the battles you fight (including replays, which show your base layout to the other player).
- Purchases: what you bought, when, and the receipt ID from the App Store or Google Play, to deliver it once and handle refunds. Payment itself is handled by Apple or Google: we never see your card or payment details.
- Chat: messages you post in clan and kingdom chat, with your commander name and clan tag, kept for 90 days; reports of messages and the players you block, to keep chat safe.
- Notifications: if you allow them, a notification token from your phone, used only to tell you when you're raided or something finishes.
- Crash reports: when the game crashes, a report with the error, your phone model and system version. It contains no name, contact details or IP address.
- Server logs: your IP address appears briefly in server logs and is used to limit spam sign-ups.
Who helps us run the game
- Apple and Google: app downloads and payments.
- Expo: delivers phone notifications (it receives the notification token and the message text).
- Sentry: receives crash reports.
- Our hosting provider: runs the game's servers and keeps its backups.
They process this data only to provide their service to us.
What we don't do
- We don't ask for your email, phone number, contacts, location or photos.
- We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Other players
Other players see your commander name, trophies and base (when they raid you, scout you or watch a replay), your clan, your title frame, and what you post in chat. Clanmates can share your base's position on the map in clan chat.
Chat rules
Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, strong profanity, spam, scams or links, and don't share personal information (yours or anyone's). Messages are checked by a word filter; you can report a message or block a player from the chat itself. We review reports and may remove messages or stop an account from posting.
Children
The game isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time in the game or by email; see how to delete your account. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and backups roll over within 7 days.
