Banners & Blades

Banners & Blades terms of service

The rules for playing Banners & Blades, a game by Lumvre LLC (“Lumvre”, “we”). By playing, you agree to them. Last updated October 2026.

1. The game

Banners & Blades is a free-to-play online strategy game: you build a base, train an army, raid other players and join a clan. It needs an internet connection. We keep improving it, so buildings, troops, prices, events and balance can change, and features can be added or removed.

2. Your account

3. Gems, items and purchases

4. Fair play

Don't:

The server checks raid results, and accounts whose results don't add up may be left out of rankings while we look into it.

5. Chat and clans

Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, strong profanity, spam, scams or links, and don't share personal information (yours or anyone's). You're responsible for what you post. Chat is filtered, and you can report messages and block players. We review reports and may remove messages and stop an account from posting. Clan leaders run their clans within these rules.

6. What we can do if the rules are broken

Depending on what happened, we may warn you, mute your chat, remove items gained unfairly, reset progress, or suspend or close your account. We'll explain why if you ask. If you think we got it wrong, write to us and we'll take another look.

7. Leaving the game

You can stop playing at any time and delete your account. Deletion is permanent: your progress, items and purchases can't be restored. If we ever shut the game down, we'll announce it in the game at least 30 days ahead and stop selling gems and packs when we announce it.

8. Your privacy

What we store and why is explained in our privacy policy.

9. Ownership

The game, its art, music, names and code belong to Lumvre or its licensors. Banners & Blades and Lumvre are our names; please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse something. You may share screenshots and videos of your play.

10. No warranty

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running and fair, but we don't promise it will always be available, free of bugs, or that progress can never be lost.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Lumvre LLC and its affiliates aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from the game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them there.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the game first. Playing after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

14. Apple

If you got the game from the App Store: these terms are between you and Lumvre, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the game and isn't responsible for claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries.
